Please read this information to learn the types of merchandise we are interested in buying. Send a brief description at first contact. Once we reply with interest, be prepared to offer more information such as, photos, spreadsheets and original invoices. (Multiple photos are not needed initially). This will be helpful for us to establish the extent of our interest and determine a value.
AML is a direct purchaser of some of the offers we receive. We have received offers, with which we have no interest in pursuing. Through our years in the wholesale trade we have built an extensive database of buyers. If we do not buy your inventory directly, we may extend your offer to other buyers. This will open a brokerage relationship between the seller and AML. This will be discussed with sellers prior to any posting. Signed documents will be needed further in the negotiation.

In many cases mistakes are made when buying inventory for a new business venture. Occassionally some products in inventory are not selling. It is now time to realize that there will be a capital loss when liquidating these items. AML does not pay the original cost, only a percentage. Please list your target prices.
The process of liquidating has expenses. There are costs associated with marketing and there are freight and logistics costs. With that said, the seller will recover only a percentage of the original purchase price for the goods, assuming a buyer can be found.
There are many variations of offerings. Each offer will be evaluated for it’s own merit. There are things that sellers can do to increase the value of the offering. Information is a key component to achieve the maximum in recovery.
If there are multiple items (skus) in an offering, a spreadsheet will be required. At minimum there should be a column for Description, Quantity, SKU Number (Or Catalog Number), and a value (original cost, last retail amount, wholesale value or all listed).
Finding the right buyer will increase the chance of a greater recovery price for the seller. The buyer will need accurate information for the decision making process. Imagine you were the prospective buyer. What would you need to evaluate the goods? This is what we will likely be needing.
