How do I check the status of my shipment?

We update you by email when your oder has been shipped.

If you have not recieved an update on your order after sending payment through please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After receiving payment we ship as quickly as possible. Shipping time depends upon warehouse locations and truck availability.

How do you ship merchandise?

Shipping is a big part of what we do. Whether you buy a full truckload or a pallet we work to get the best freight rates available. Some of the purchases on this site will provide a freight rate automatically at the time of purchase. Some purchases may require an hour or two to connect with the best freight hauler.

We have an A+ BBB rating. We have direct contracts with sources that insure you are buying the best merchandise at the best price.

Do you ship before payment is received?

No. Payments must be fully verified before any product can be released.

Who is responsible for shipping costs?

Freight and shipping costs are paid by the customer. We can arrange freight transportation for you within the USA for you. See the “Shipping” field on each listing for more information.

Can I pickup my order from your warehouse?

Yes. We welcome visitors at our Foley Alabama facility, by appointment.

As long as the merchandise is located here, we can load your truck or trailer.

Do you have any shipping restrictions?

Yes. Some of our vendors require us to sell and ship their goods outside of their marketing area.

Most of our product offers don’t have these restrictions.

How do I get a freight quote?

If you made a purchase online, we will automatically get shipping rates to your location and get the best rate to you by email or phone as soon as possible.

To receive a freight rate before making your purchase just follow the link to fill out our form and we’ll get back to you next couple of days.

Can I use my own truck for pickup?

It depends upon where the merchandise is located as some of our warehouses only allow our trucks in and out of the facility. However, we will try our best to accommodate your requests. To organize warehouse pickup for your items please contact us.

Can you ship to a residence?

It depends upon the type of merchandise you are buying and the quantity. Extra fees are charged for lift gates and for extra time the drivers have to wait.

Always notify us in advance if shipping to a residence.
