There is never a guarantee that the load you want will be available when you need it. Our sources produce loads as they have the merchandise. Often there are more buyers than loads. We prepare a list on a first come basis for the next available load. When the load is ready to ship we call those who are on the list. Sometimes a deposit is required to hold your load.

Payment is required within 24 hours. Often loads are shipped on the same day.

Remember: Specifying the exact contents of a truckload or a pallet is near impossible, in salvage and surplus product lines. Loads are assembled as merchandise is made available. Large companies have no way to specify the item and the quantities that will be returned or offered for closeout.

As experience is gained by dealing with various merchandise, you will learn to determine the basic nature of a truckload or pallet simply by knowing the name of the source. Loads from each source will include similar items with each load - time after time.
