"BROTHER TIM"
I've done a couple of deals with Tim, and what I like about him is his professional attitude.He cares and does follow up after the fact, which is unheard of in liquidation business. I don't know if he is going to read this or not, but what the hey,, he always have time for you on the phone, answers all your questions, and takes the time to explain things as if it was the first time he is answering the question, eventhoug I'd asked the same question over and over again. Just a good guy to have on your side, and that's why I call him "BROTHER TIM"

more then 20% of damaged items
Be aware that you might get more then 20% of damaged items when buying a lot of clothes. That's what happened to me. Don't believe in 3-5%!!!

Great Service and Product
I have operated a small liquidation retail store for about 2 years and have tried numerous liquidation suppliers. Recently, I contacted Tina in reference to a truckload. She was extremely helpful and patient as I reveiwed manifests for several weeks before committing to a truck. As a retired law enforcement investigator, I am very cautious and spent a great deal of time reserching AML. I did not locate anything that concerned me. My first truck from AML arrived on time which is unusual in this business. The truck was very well packed with no damage due to frieght or trying to pack too many pallets on one truck. The freight rate which Tina obtained was very competitive. The merchandise was in excellent condition and contained very few "throw away" items. The pricing was based on a per centage of wholesale unlike other companies I have dealt with that advertise a per centage of wholesale but in fact the price is based on retail prices. Due to the low prices I was able to provide, my customers have be extremely pleased and are asking when the next truck will arrive.

I asked him to look for those digital converters as we need 2 of them to put in our donation trailers for employees to be able to watch TV. I think I will have to purchase new antennas. I purchased two pallets of merchandise to have a yard sale. The yard sale was a benefit for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and was a huge success. I TRIPLED my money from the purchase of the pallets and found the majority of the items to be in excellent condition. The staff was also very professional and courteous.
