Hi Ginger,
We bought the truckload from you guys about a month ago and I just wanted to let you know that the items and the price that we can sell things is making a big hit with our customers! We should have done this a long time ago. Rodney went into panic mode when the truck company called and said that the truck would be in three days after we sent the wire, but even that went smoothly. There are many, many items that have to be put together since its a mail order place but we are only putting together one of each item and then selling in the box. At these prices folks don't seem to mind, too much. I know Rodney told you to keep us in mind for domestics. Please do, It would be a good compliment to the truckload. Just wanted to let you know that we did fine unloading the 22 pallets and that for the most part, the items are in good shape. Thanks! Anne

Thank you so much for your help in making my business a success from the pallets that you pick and send me. I am a flea market and yard sale vendor that was not aware of the opportunities that liquidators could provide until a few months ago. I researched your website and read the testimonies and it was hard to believe what was being said, but after contacting you and receiving some merchandise, I love the products and my customers do too! Comments: I wanna brag on one of your sales people, TINA!!! She was so pleasant to deal with, and as a woman of her word, the product delivered was way above our expectations. As a business man I know how often you hear about it when things go bad, well I feel it is equally important to give praise were praise is due. I did alot of research before I decided on AML, and it is nice to know that such an investment risk was not a nightmare finish. Tine YOU ROCK!!! Thank you for caring enough about us to not tell us lies just to get a sale. You honesty and integrity have been noted. your book " Liquidation 101"
I just got your book " Liquidation 101" and I'm very impressed with it. I've been connected with a liquidation business for about two years now, mostly working in the warehouse doing repair. Your book answered a lot of questions about the business I had. It also help me to make up my mind in the near future to go in business for myself. On the loads you get, do you get any tool loads from "Sears" or any general merchandise loads from "Pier 1" and "Target"?

I talked to you today over the phone. I really appreciate that you took the time to tell me a few things about the business when I didn't really know much about it. There are people who already know what they are doing, and people who haven't got a clue where to begin or who to trust. We would like to thank you and AML for the effort given to provide our company with quality products. Our last purchase was populated with items we did not think fit into the category of "Women's Handbags and Accessories". We were very troubled by this and felt that the extra items were going to end up eating our profit margin on the other goods. The exceptional quality of the entire lot, including the non women's accessories, has proved to offset our apprehensions. Similar goods are listed on eBay and are sold in open air markets around the area at prices that will provide a substantial profit if we only get half what others are getting. I am the type of business owner that has no qualms with letting you know if I feel I have been dealt a poor hand and find it absolutely essential to also let you know if I have been treated well. Sorry I didn't email you sooner. We've been busy, we had to make extra shelves. We had a problem this weekend, we couldn't keep the shelves stocked enough, good problem!
